In the hospital and in the rehabilitation clinic, the social service is the first point of contact. It organises the discharge, home care and the applications to disability insurance and the health insurer. After that, cantonal and non-profit services take over – Pro Infirmis, Pro Senectute, the Red Cross, FRAGILE Suisse as the organisation of people affected and their families. The social service of your municipality is there for you too.
